Patricia Hamilton Shook

Patricia Hamilton Shook was born in Massachusetts where she has lived all her life except for a dozen years spent in sunny California. Reading has always been one of the great loves of her life, ever since she was able to put letters together into words. She first started writing when she was still a child but never seriously thought of it as a profession, instead she spent years attending universities getting a doctorate in psychology. Now retired, she can devote her time to a secondary profession in writing with a memoir and another novel in process, as well as a few extracurricular activities including drawing, gardening and playing with the family cat.
